Peapod app was waaaaaaaaay better

This app is horrible. Times out constantly. Removing an item from your cart takes forever. It’s a complete nightmare. The original Peapod app never had one single issue.

I used to use the peapod app but now you have to use the stop & shop app, ok fine. You’re supposed to be able to link them which I have not been able to do. The app lags a little. No matter how many times I set my location the app keeps setting it to something else. I was not able to link my loyalty card it input a different persons and I cannot remove the information. This is a train wreck.

I had a lot of problems placing my order. I call ped Customer Care, no logical number to press. Transferred to voice mail. Anyway after getting msg that account info was invalid I reached Edgar. Meh talked me through and Thank God he was able to resolve my problem and my order was made, paid for and ready for pick up. Many thanks to Edgar

Terrible Transition

The forced transition from Peapod (with a great interface) to this app made me almost give up. It was a mess from start to finish. The interface is not nearly as good.

Glitchy as Heck!

I like this app when it works, it it’s been very glitchy for me lately. Takes forever to load when it opens and searching for something takes multiple tries for it to load. At one point it glitched out, emptied my cart and then filled it back up with $80 worth random items I’ve never even bought before. Creepy!

This takes too long to figure out and I’d much rather clip a coupon from a paper thank you. I’ll shop somewhere else!

Complete trash!!

i dare say

I log in and go to add coupons and it logs me out telling me I am logged in under another device. I try again and get told my email and password are not recognized.. rubbish. At least the old app never logged me out.
