Every time I click on the card icon in the upper left-hand corner of the app, it keeps asking me to register for go rewards. It’s so annoying that I’m constantly being asked to apply for go rewards when I’m already a member. This needs to be fixed
App won’t open

I updated and now the app won’t open. I’ll close out and reopen and it closes automatically
Not as good as the Peapod App Was

I think it’s odd that the tablet version of this app does not work horizontally. I can’t use the tablet stand with it.
Can’t get in store shopping on the ap
so you won't let me in
This app is useless I liked the older app. It does not give me the choice of in store shopping and I cannot view the weekly add because of this. I have no use for this app I would give this 0 stars but it is not an option

Login, fill my cart, checkout, asks me to login again, cart doesn’t save. Over and over.
Can’t add coupon - login pops up every time

This app was overall good. But with the new updates, it’s very buggy. Every time I try to clip a coupon, the app brings up a window to sign in. Once credentials are entered, “Success - You’ve been logged in...”, app again prompts to sign in when attempting to clip the coupon. Happens again and again.

Coupons are useless- you get same price without them. Redeemed points are not honored at the cashier.
“Go Rewards” Needs Work

Gas rewards used to be automatically loaded onto the Stop & Shop Card. It’s great that points can now go toward groceries as well as gas, but now we have to manually designate where the points should go. Too much work! There should be a setting that allows automatic crediting of rewards. Additional Comment after using Go Points in store for the first time: The word “redeem” is confusing. I thought it meant I needed to tap “redeem” at checkout. Turns out it takes about 15 minutes for the points to be credited to my card. “Send to Card” or “Load on Card” would be better. Still wish I didn’t have to designate where points should go every time.
Good Upgrades but Beware!

The upgrades applied this year make this a great app to order pickup or delivery. Beware! When ordering delivery, an amount will be placed on hold for pre-delivery & for the actual delivery! There should be only one card read when the order is being delivered. Who needs/needs two holds on their account? This could really mess up a customers account.
