I will never buy groceries through an app

It was suggested to me at the Stop & Shop that I do my shopping eight hours before I go into the store on the app. This is absolutely absurd I will never buy groceries this way.The rewards absolutely stink the gas points are garbage you get one dollar back per hundred for cash back. This is the worst way to shop I don’t know who came up with this crap
Blank screen

I use the app and set up an order then I go back to app later and get a blank white screen. Been happening for 3 days. Have to restart Ipad to get it to work. Not good!
Slow and the scanning feature doesn’t work

The app is still slow and when I scan the Barker of any product, your app does nothing. I used to be able to scan the barcode of a product and the result would give me the price, aisle location of the product and all offers attached to the product. I don’t understand why it does nothing when scanning the barcode and it still runs slow. I scanned the barcodes with three different t iPhones.
Can’t access rewards

I literally can’t click on the “my rewards” section as it falls below a spot on my screen. Very frustrating. I have many gas reward points that I “redeemed” and seemingly have no way of claiming. Pls help if there is a way. I have an iPhone 8. Otherwise the app is fine. But this is a major flaw.
Half it only works

Cannot view the circular and won’t upload coupons.Also the half the things can’t go in to the shopping cart. Have used it on Samsung phone, IPhone max and iPads still same issues

In this time of pandemic the pickup at this Stop & Shop in Pawcatuck has been convenient, reliable and inexpensive. Highly recommend.

Very organized app. So many options. You can get lost in there. With recipes / grocery GO points , coupons etc All in one place. You can even set up auto delivery for the weekly fresh foods. Works for my home.
App shuts down

This app shuts down too often. I have to delete it and then reinstall it. Happens every other time.
