It’s good but..

I love saving money and I like the app for helping with that but sometimes it’ll randomly log me out when I try to pull up my card, or the barcode won’t appear up top above my card number, also I wish by midnight coupons for the next week flyer (if there are any for that week) would already be uploaded so shoppers can be ready and set for when they go in. idk just a suggestion. Love the app though.

Saves time and money

I love the delivery and pickup service because it saves me time and keeps me from impulse buying! I’m not too crazy about the substitutes. There should be a way to converse with peapod while the substitutes are happening. This is the 2nd time in a row that I’ve gotten a butternut squash instead of a spaghetti squash. Also, the substitutes tend to be a more expensive, less product item. I would like to have a chance to choose or decline while it’s happening. Thus the 4stars.

I am very grateful for having the option to shop online. However, I have received half rotten vegetables. It has cost me a substantial amount of money and time. I wish that people who pick items for me are more careful in choosing what items to pick for me. Thanks. Have a blessed day!

I don’t always get what I order even when I give 5-7 days notice. This is a problem when it comes to holiday and birthdays.

My whole family got Covid and I couldn’t shop. This saved us. I was able to add items to my cart as I remembered I needed them and then choose a time to pick up without contact. We are fortunately all recovering with some lingering symptoms and no longer contagious, but will continue using this service until we’re 100%. It’s such a relief to get what we need without worrying about infecting anyone.

This service is very important for families at this time. Deliveries have been wonderful. Products have been well chosen. One item I wish I could find is a roasted, cooked chicken. Perhaps I’m not looking in the right place. All in all, we depend on Stop and Shop.

The new update kicked me out and every time I try to sign in it says my information is incorrect. I reset my password and it still doesn’t work. We stopped shopping here several months ago when we noticed employees not wearing masks and one even threatened my husband when he confronted him about it. Corporate customer service was no better, so we decided to take our business elsewhere. I recently went back a couple of times out of convenience, but the changed app is infuriating and reminded me why we stopped going in the first place. Back to Shaw’s and Market Basket!

Try this pick up service. Easy ordering on line, reserved parking at store. All my orders have been correct. I will never go back to pushing a cart around again. I hope this service continues after COVID-19 is under control.

Best thing ever! I can pick a time, and they text me to add to my order if I need to, which is a help because I often do. Everything is packed and delivered carefully and arrives in perfect condition. This is my new favorite way to shop. ♥️ ? ♥️
