I've had trouble with this app for a long time, but I used to think it was my old phone. Well, I just got a brand new iPhone 13 Pro and it's worse. Whenever I try to choose a delivery time it spins and spins, eventually sitting at a white screen and my phone starts to overheat in the back. So over it I decided to come write my first ever app review. Fix this ish dudes.
Does not function

The app is basically useless. The store advertises digital coupons which you can find and clip on the app. It was unclear how to then use the coupons but a cashier explained they are loaded onto your rewards card, however it can take hours for this to happen. Therefore if you don’t load the coupons on your card hours before you shop the coupons will not be applied to your purchase.

I was in the middle of checking out for a pick up order and the app shut down and closed itself 3 times. Please fix.

Takes longer to online shop than to physically go to store and shop. I’ve never had a site crash so many times.
Highly inaccurate inventory

Yeah I get it - COVID has strained supply lines and inventories, but … this app has highly inaccurate inventory counts. Today all items on my shopping list were showing as in-stock 1/2 hour prior to arriving at my local $&$. And low and behold 1/4 of my list turned out to be out of stock. Get your act together S&S! App is acceptable for coupons and weekly specials. Lotta good that does when items which show as in stock aren’t in stock. Fix your app for crying out loud //////
