First time ordering for delivery. Can’t get through the order without it crashing multiple times. Went to checkout, wouldn’t allow me to choose the timeframe. Offer on home page for $20 off for first time. Didn’t honor it when I went to checkout. App crashes before I could place order. As one of the largest retailers in the country, you’d think they’d be more on top of the quality of the services they offer.

Why does this app turn off in the middle of using it. Every week when I am scrolling down coupons it turns off. I have also had a problem with some of the downloaded coupons not scanning @ checkout. Also seems to use a lot of battery life. The phone is warm the whole time I’m using the app. Free day items not on the app on Friday morning when the sale starts. This has happened on more then one occasion. Needs improvement.

This app needs a serious update. It is constantly slow to load. I have not seen an update in a while. The app is constantly freezing. Closing in and out doesn’t help. There is a serious delay when you click on items to filter coupons and to view specific item details. Please fix this!!

It would be nice if you fix the crashing issues. Almost 2 months of crashing after using the app for more than 3 minutes consecutively. Makes it hard to do online ordering with your store.

Please fix your apps. I was in the store today & could not load the digital coupons to purchase the items, so I put them back on the shelf. Even your pharmacy app did not work. My Shop-Rite & Wegmans app both worked just fine. What is going on? You don’t what us to get the digital sale price? Why do we need this hassle to download the coupon? Why not give give us the discount using the store card? Make things easier for your customers, or I’ll no longer shop here.

The Peapod app didn’t crash as much when picking my items. But this is the option I have. Just use the website it doesn’t crash

Any slower and it’d be going backwards. Does not work with split screen mode on iPad, so it’s not possible to keep my shopping list app on the side. When looking at a specific product you get shown “you may also be interested in” junk before the product’s details. There is a lot of this kind of marketing going on and that further slows the experience down. Addendum: can’t pick alternatives any more.

The title sums it up. Every time I go into the app to create a list, the app crashes over and over and over. Thankfully, I do not lose what is in the shopping cart, but I have to start from the top and scroll down. The app makes life easier - to a point. I always end up going into the store anyway because either something was out of stock or simply isn’t available for ordering on the app. No Egg Beaters? No lite Yoplait yogurt? If it is in the store, why isn’t it in the app? I shop at the store where my deliveries come from. If it is in that store, why isn’t in the app? Totally defeats the purpose of trying to avoid supermarkets if many things are not available. Fix the app!!!!!
