quick story. customer service left me a voicemail saying my delivery driver got “pulled from the road” (whatever that means. sounds like a dui to me. who are you hiring?) and that my order was canceled. when i called them to clarify of course customer service was closed. next delivery is three days from now. if y’all don’t want my pandemic business then just say that.

After you work on your cart, the app didn’t let you finish set up your account and you cannot buy online.

The selection is great, the prices are good, but they do a terrible job managing their inventory. When I am finished shopping, even if I pick the earliest possible delivery date, on average about 1/3 of my order is out of stock when delivered. I always have to supplement them with a second delivery service. So now I just use the other delivery service for everything even though their prices are slightly higher. The hassle with these guys just isn’t worth the savings.

The app crashes every 2 minutes on iPhone SE2, IOS 14.8.1. This has been an issue for years now. So annoying!!!
Can’t get through an order without crashing

First I have to say I love this service and the staff at my local store who fills the orders. However the app crash 3 to 4 times each time I try to put an order together. I’ve been a peapod customer since it started and the old app was much more stable. It’s very frustrating and takes me too long to get an order together.
App shuts down ALL the time

App continually shuts down on me when I’m shopping or it reloads to the top. It’s been like this for years and appears to just get worse. I can’t finish my shopping without having to restart the app several times anymore. Past purchases makes you keep loading new items where it should be a page system so you can go back Ned forth between pages. This app never seems to get worked on or improved.

This app fails multiple times while I’m trying to add coupons. It also struggles to show the weekly ad. I like redeeming my points through the app , but it is very frustrating if I want to see what is for sale!!
