Excessive Advertising Please reduce your advertising for your new products by half. All I receive from my inbox is one advertisement after the next. Thanks. Reward Promotions (Stars) It would be great if this app would update the actual number of stars for each specific Reward Promotion within 24 hours as the Starbucks Company says. Based on my personal experience, so far with their Rewards Program, It usually takes longer than 24 hours to add actual stars to the account & if the customer doesn’t say anything to the Starbucks Company around the time that this discrepancy occurs, then They Will Overlook this Discrepancy by not rewarding the customer in a timely fashion. It’s very critical for customers to Stay On Top of These Reward Promotions by submitting their questions & concerns, especially if those specific Rewards are supposed to be earned to you.

Would be better if there was a way to leave a tip and a way to input a receipt code if you didn’t have access to your app when picking up your order.

Great app, just won't allow me to see history/tip

Enjoy using this app. Has been a lifesaver with the mobile ordering, but for some reason I am unable to view my transaction history details whether I make a purchase in store or mobile order. I also cannot access section to leave a tip. App provides notification to access, but when you select it it doesn't take you there. Please address this issue as its been occurring for about a year now.

Can’t leave a tip

Every time I use my app to pay, I get a pop up asking if I want to leave a tip. But it won’t let me. Other than that, I use the app a lot and like it fine.
No refund

I'm finding the app to be a waste of money and a hassle to use. I order a drink before work, only to find they don't have it. If you can tell me when the drink will be ready, why can't you refund the purchase and tell me it will never be made? I'm wasting time to pick up nothing and losing money since Ive already paid.
