Account Glitch

I dislike this app because it is glitched and does not allow me to login. It says my account email does not exist when I want to login. When I try to make a new account it says my email is already in use. It is frustrating and I already had to have it reset once over a year ago. Now it is doing it again. I would expect this glitch to be fixed by now. I have not used it for a year because of this and shop at Starbucks much less than previously because the stars helped offset the cost a bit. Without them and access to my gold account, it is not worth it to me.

Great app but I wish mobile ordering would allow more customization. For example, if I order a coffee, I would like to be able to choose a blend. There could be a disclaimer that the blend may not be available. Starbucks customers tend to have very specific requests...it would be nice to have a field to communicate those requests. Otherwise, great app!

Lo único que no me gusta es cuando pido mi decaf pike y muy pocas localidades lo ofrecen. Siempre me ofrecen un decaf americano en vez del pike.

Unreal how you cannot pay with a credit card through the app and have the app track the rewards. Who thought of such a stupid design?

Needs to be more user friendly in terms of access to gift cards/payment from the main screen. I’m assuming most people mainly use this to pay with loaded cards. It absolutely NEEDS to show receipts of purchases made on the gift card as well—I’m disappointed it doesn’t. It would be helpful if the menu showed prices too (if they vary per store, hook the prices up to a geolocator.) These are easy fixes...make them happen!

I do wish the game promotions could be played through the app, but other than that - it’s great! Mobile orders would be better with a couple of more options: option to select cup size per drink, option to have cream heated for coffee, a brief txt option would be nice, though I understand that may increase order time.
