I love this app and ordering process. Easy, functional and quick. One complaint - wish I could add ice to my hot tea beverage but there's no where to write it in.

Love the ability to mobile order. Wish stores were more consistent on placement and handling of pickup of orders. The tipping function on the app is not reliable.
Can’t see any stars or history since early December??

I’ve been a Gold member with Starbucks for a few years now & use this app almost daily for mobile order & see status with challenges. However, a bit disappointed that myself & other dedicated users haven’t been able to see purchase history since after the early Dec 2017 timeframe.

This app is so convenient, the interface could be a little more user friendly but that is something I'm sure will improve over time. Love this app!

I love the Starbucks app! It has earned a place on the first screen, by itself (it just can't be grouped with anything else as it's in a class by itself). No purse, no wallet…but I always have my phone. So I always have my coffee & my special offers. The only improvement I can think of is the speed. The app moves too slow.
Removed card

Recently I removed a card a added my God car. Now I have no points. The app hasn’t shown me points since the 11 of this month. I wonder what the issue is because I shop everyday

I love Starbucks so much, I just wish I had one on my way to work so I could visit more frequently. The app runs very well the only time I had a problem with the app was when my stars didn't update for like a month and I thought I still had a free drink only to find out I had to actually pay at the window cuz my stars were busted xD other than that I haven't had any problems.
