Can't reload my card.

Simple as that. It will not let me reload my Starbucks card. It says please try again and has been ever since I updated. I can't use the app anymore because I CANT reload my card. It's a mess..

I love the app. However, everytime I try to add funds to my card, the app crashes. It has happened 6 times already. Even after manually closing the app. Please fix!!!
Can't log in

Since the update after iOS 10 the app won't let me log in. When I put in my info and sign it I just get brought back to the log in screen.
Latest update is driving me crazy!

I loved this app - until the most recent update! The auto login feature no longer works and enabling Touch ID keeps resetting to off. What really makes it a pain is that the login is painfully slow! Also, I have used the order functionality since it came out - best feature ever. Too bad with the most recent update, it can't ever find the Starbucks near me - EVEN WHEN I'M STANDING IN THE STORE! These are locations I have ordered from for months on my morning commute. With the update, I'm back to standing in line or simply bypassing Starbucks altogether.
Won't stay logged in

Have to login daily in order to access my account through the app. It keeps logging me out before the day is over. Customer support is not helpful. This was a great app, but something has happened. I've tried everything I can think of (short of a hard reset...which I don't want to do unless I just have to). Hope they fix this soon because it seems I'm not the only one.

All about the mobile ordering and rewards!!! Love it!! Wish substituting coconut milk in acai refreshers was available with mobile ordering. Also love my home products!
