I love never having to wait. My order is always prompt. However what doesn’t work well on the app is when you want to add to annoy us it’s very confusing and when you try to reload a card that’s also very challenging at times
Good app, can be improved

I enjoy using the app. It would be great if we could have more control of the temp when mobile ordering - as in specify what temperature. The coffee tastes burnt when made at the normal temp (155 F) so I get it a bit lower (145 F) but I wouldn’t know how to mobile order that, I do want it hotter than “warm”.

No lines, no feeling weird with a special order. Tap it in and it appears in its own special spot.

What happened to the Touch ID feature. I was able to use it until this recent update. Will that feature be coming back?

The Starbucks App is incredibly user friendly, ordering is quick and flawless! I love to earn rewards, and especially love that I am given the opportunity to order what I enjoy and reap benefits for it. I never thought I would fall in love with this App and I’m officially a lifer!
Where did tipping functionality go?
who carries cash?!
Would like it more if I had the ability to tip again. Why was that functionality removed? Seems unfair to the baristas who make my day a little brighter with caffeine and pleasantries.

Sometimes I find the app slightly confusing to navigate through, & I wish prices were easier to find. I have to put the items Im considering in my cart 1st to find out the price which can be a pain if I change my mind after finding out the price. But overall I love it & love mobil orders!

Overall, I think the app is great. I use it all the time to place my order. Not sure if the product team already has this in their backlog, but I’d like to suggest the following feature. User Story: As a Starbucks Mobile App User, I want to specify a mile radius distance from a selected Starbucks store when I’m placing my order on the app to automatically finalize my order when I reach the specified distance so that I can place my order at the start of my long commute to work and get my drink made when I’m close to my destination.
