Why is Order a small area in the Navigation? Isn’t this a very important feature in the app. I order almost every single day, probably like most people who have the app. Why in the world burry all these other features on top of this. May ordering the highest level feature. I really want to stop clicking ten times every time I want to order my coffee on the way to work. Do you need a new UX designer?

App bug continues- still can't log in

Made the mistake of logging out of App (4.4.8) 2 weeks ago to load money onto my daughters account. I am no longer able to log into app or via website. This issue is affecting 4 different family accounts. Have deleted and reloaded app over 10 times. Have restored IPhone 7 to factory settings and reinstalled app. Still not working. Have tried IPhone 7, 7 plus, X, and 2 laptops running Safari and Internet Explorer without any success. Have created new passwords for 8 consecutive days and still not working. Keep getting message "unable to log in, try again later". Have troubleshooted date/time stamp setting and that still does not fix issue and passwords do not have % as a character. Replicated above steps for 4.5 release and still not fixed. Have spent over 2 hours on phone multiple times with customer service but issue is not resolved. "Escalated to IT" but do not expect any follow up to resolve. I am unable to make any purchases on the various accounts and have significant money on accounts as we are daily customers. PLEASE IT DEPT. fix this bug once and for all!!!

3D Touch menu does not work with Face ID/Passcode lock. It’s only useful if Face ID/ Passcode lock is disabled.

I use this app daily both on my watch and iPhone. It is by far the fastest way to enjoy Starbucks. One issue I’d say keeps it from being perfect is missing options for orders, ie the in vinti cup option.

New version issue (1/30/2018): (again!!!) sometimes not getting the tip prompt and trx isn't in history yet to add it there. Missed one tip period already and half through another now. --- App does the stuff it does great. Occaisional new feature that suprises me. Thanks for adding favorites.

Quick and easy! Nothing worse than the dreaded drive-through wait. There has never been a mistake with my order and it feels good to walk in and out with my coffee while everyone else is waiting in line ;)

I really enjoy the app. Ordering is made simple and easy; reload and pay is without a glitch. Haven’t had too many crashes. However, I can’t lie, I do miss your partnership with Apple. I pray you guys get it back. Beyond that, you’re cool.
