Purchases get you next to nothing, customer service is a joke and there’s so much crap to keep up with it’s more work than fun.

I could not get past the second screen. I could not play it on my phone. I know it is possible. I could not find any instructions. It is not an intuitive game. Would not recommend unless you are computer savvy. I kept selecting the engage button and nothing happens.

The game is fun however when they have technical troubles the support is horrible. Submitted a case on a Friday at 5:00 pm about an issue with a purchase not showing up in game for me but my money coming out of iTunes. I finally got a response Saturday afternoon saying they apologize and need to see a copy of my receipt and they can adjust my game. I sent the receipt back in an email and said they show but the purchase in game. No response until Sunday when the day I need to contact iTunes to have them credit my account if I don’t want the purchase. I reply saying I don’t want a credit I want the purchase put into my game as they said they would. It is now Tuesday and I still have not gotten any response after emailing multiple times. Terrible customer service!

The ships and characters and voice overs are way fun for any Trek fan. In game purchases are expensive, and necessary if you want to be a top player. As a FTP player, I was able to get to top 10000 often and enjoyed the leveling and such. Paying is not necessary to enjoy the game! After about 4 months I find i have played the game out and it’s time to find a new one. Thanks for the fun!

Let’s see now... Game throws ads and jump screens at you like a -Ferengi-. Way to greedy Primary activities are practically -Cardassian- in nature. Most outcomes must be preset. Game tries to be slick and covert in its glitches and coincidences like a -Maquis-. Developers draw and lock players in with Trek storylines and gamecode like the -Borg- Dealing with support can be like dealing with -Section 31-. Do they exist??? Some support come off with a sort of superiority complex like an -Augment-, -Changeling- or -Romulan- Sometimes battling the game is like battling a -Jem’Hadar- With this said...any Trek fan would remember (besides back and forth Klingons)...who were the Federations primary enemies and concerns??????

Can You guys make a Star Trek game where you can like control the ship without going into worp And fire the gun when you’re not in a battle and choose where you wanna warp that isn’t a star system like I can have a joy pad so I can choose where I want to go because I play on mobile and it’s hard finding like that also if any anything that is wrong I’m just using speech to text

You seem to have that STD in this game . No . That is not Trek . It is plagiarized from Tardigrades. STD and HAS MANY NON CANON THINGS IN IT . It is the worst iteration of all attempts to defile trek . Worse so much more than JJ trek , which by the way lost its funding . I have removed this piece of garbage. Knuckle dragger trek featuring Mikey Spock .

Need to speed up the gameplay. Waiting for animation pop ups gets old quickly. I’m on an IPhone XR so my device is not the issue. Yes tapping on the screen during animations helps sometimes but just shorten them significantly please!

The game is great in many ways, including g graphics, storyline, etc. However, the developers really need to make it easier to level up...the chronitons need to re-accumulate in half the time it does now. 15 hours+? That’s not very reasonable and is a good way to make players impatient and delete the game. Please make a change with the time it takes to wait. Also, the game needs to be oriented better for iPhone X screens. Zoomed in and not as comfortable a gaming experience anymore after upgrading from an iPhone 8+ to an XS.
