It's ok.

Snacksalot

The game is okay. You are supposed to collect whichever characters you want, but are EXTREMELY limited as to how many you can have unless you spend cash. You'll get offered a whole lot of characters, but can keep less than half. The pricing system is very odd. The only way to have 5 star characters maxed is to spend a silly amount of real money. Very shameless. $4/month will give you daily dilithium. You need dilithium to get characters and equipment you need to advance. The game is a great time waster, but it lacks in being fun and exciting. I was a beta tester for this so I've been playing for 2 years and I'm still waiting for it to get fun. Customer service now takes 1 week to 10 days to respond to issues. I am going to delete this very soon as it no longer holds my interest. They are way to into Discovery. I have buyers remorse wishing I didn't spend all that money trying to get Borg characters that I was never going to be able to get enough of to max out. After 2 years I was able to get a 5 star character up to to 2 stars. There's no way I can hang around for another 3 just to finally be able to use Judge Q. Good bye.

Mission

Can’t complete mission a show of force every time I try it it won’t let me even start it then I have to reboot the game up

Scam. Class action required.

Still terrible programming. Battle for loot boxes and you will be suprised how the odds you are given only seem correct when you are not about to get to highest level. This game is rigged and if anyone else wants to file class action lawsuits against this cheating and lying company then I am all in. I bet the developers sleep well - they clearly have no moral conscience. Read below for my first review. Now, this game is flawed. Customer service will respond to my issues. And then make me the p rick for telling them their programming is terribly wrong. Stay away if you care about game play. Old review below: Characters and art seem authentic Star Trek. Gameplay is somewhat boring, especially watching the space ship travel - so stupid! I don't do in app purchases - and this game does not require that. But the coding of this game has serious flaws: missions will disappear after starting; leveling up by training will not keep track of your number if you touch button too quickly; and worst of all is that you cannot trust that this game will properly accrue earned levels. At least I have not spent any money. Would have paid one time fee.

Battery Drainer

Susi-Sama

I really enjoy this game, but I can only give it 3 stars because it is a huge battery drainer. I will play for about 10 minutes and my battery which was at 98% will now be down to 88-90%. Because this game draws you in, it’s very easy to spend 20+ minutes before you know it. Thus, expect to charge your phone a couple of times a day. I have a 6S+, so it’s slightly on the older side, but I play plenty of other games for 20 or more minutes and only lose a couple % on my battery. Additionally, there is a bit of an imbalance in terms of chronitons vs. in-game money. I consistently have over 6 million bucks in-game but run out of chronitons several times a day. Honor is fairly easy to come by, but the amounts that you need to buy anything on the store is prohibitive. I haven’t calculated out the rate that you’d have to gain honor to buy any of the higher level rewards, but the highest thing I can buy is usually the blue citation - and only if I don’t buy any yellow trainers, ever. Finally, slots for characters are hard to come by without spending real money. I could see that as a reason many people would quit the game. I have spent real money on dilution so that I could get more character slots, but it quickly became clear that even with freezing my top level characters I wasn’t ever going to have enough slots for the new characters. Also, you can’t just freeze all of your top characters when they get to 100 because then you won’t be able to finish some of the cadet challenges or missions.

2 days reporting an issue and no response. If you have a problem, good luck getting help. No problem to take your money, but when it comes to help, forget it.

This game is awesome

Dre0311

Until you have to spend real money to advance so play until then and then delete like usual.

Very good game

Infamous PR

Very impressed with this game! Being a fan of the series this game does convey the feeling of being in command of a starship. The story seems very well put together. I gave 4 stars because the pay to win aspect is a little flawed in my opinion but overall this is a great pickup for any Star Trek fan. Kudos

Geez

But trek fan. this game is Very confusing. Seems like game plays its self. You just choose different choices. Pop ups wanting you to buy buy buy. Deleting this app

Game is a total loss.

Reviews are horribly out of date. This game is nothing but a Gigantic ripoff with a Star Trek face. Everything that has to do with the actual play is nothing but a lie. Drop rates are fake, space battle results are fake, you’ll fail missions at 99% efficiency all day long. The voyages are a waste of time and another reason for them to ask us to pay real money for nothing. Only reason I still play the 1 character I have left (at once had 9) is cuz Im a huge Trek fan (and it’s barely once a day). But this game is a total waste of programming. Have complained to Apples Quality Dept several times and they are now looking into it.
