Parking lot full despite already taking my money for reservation – SpotHero: #1 Rated Parking App Review

I reserved and paid for my spot. I wasn’t allowed to park because the lot was allegedly full even though I showed up promptly at my reservation time. I had to find another nearby spot after driving around for a while. Ended up paying $60 instead of $20. In addition to costing me $40, this screw up by the app also caused me to be late for an appointment. A reservation system means nothing if it doesn’t reserve a spot. Please give me back my money.
