Great app, whenever we’re in downtown Chicago

We always rely on SpotHero to find us a parking spot with a competitive rate. Before we used to go to the city’s website to locate and then call the parking management directly to confirm the rate before heading out. This is no longer needed with SpotHero, which offers real-time quote and the ability to secure the spot, all at your fingertips!

I can’t tell you how much money I’ve saved using this app. It’s one of the most important apps I have on my phone. The user experience is great. The only issue I have is that the promo codes are sent to my email account, rather than the app itself. So if I need a spot and don’t have my email, I lose out on the discount. Can Spot Hero send the promo codes to the app itself?

They sent me a promo for $10 off If I pay using Google Pay yet GPay is not an option offered in the app. Spent 30 minutes trying to get it to work before giving up and paying full price. If you are going to make an offer you should make sure it can be fulfilled.

Spot Hero makes going downtown Chicago more enjoyable. Also, I love that Soot Hero Support is readily available. For example, I called the support team to help me find a parking location close to my destination. I picked one much further. Another time, promo code didn’t apply to reservation so I called and the team resolved the problem. Spot Hero is my Hero!!!

Good first-time experience. Used SpotHero in Philadelphia, Marathon race weekend... got in, spot available for me, no problem with attendant accepting the SpotHero receipt. I like the interface. Trust will come with time, but all good with my first experience.

I have to admit it-I’m impressed. It worked as they say it does. I printed the receipt. Entered the garage. Placed on my dashboard. Attended my conference. Went to the cashier lane—the attendant asked for the ticket I received when I entered and I gave them the parking ticket and the receipt. Easy! And to boot when I set the reservation it added more hours! Excellent app!
