Amazing Customer Service – SpotHero: #1 Rated Parking App Review

First time using Spot Hero and super easy to get a parking spot in San Francisco 5 minutes from needing a spot. Had an issue with the lot I chose charging me for parking even though I had made a reservation through the app. I called customer service and got a quick response. The rep I talked to took ownership of the problem right away, no major explanation requested and they refunded the overcharge right away. Definitely will use this app again!
