I pay $59.99 +tax coming to $75.00 per month for WiFi and I would have to shell out another $75.00 just to watch tv and use this app, you would think they would add this for free...shame

Constantly pixelated. Not sure why the response to these reviews is to contact them, as it is an obvious problem with their app (no issues with other streaming services on same device with same internet). I like their internet, but this TV app is horrible and they refuse to acknowledge it or fix it.

I would say it’s the worst app ever. Spectrum’s customer service and their app service always has issues, it freezes up blurs doesn’t stream clearly. It always goes down it’s pathetic. For the money that we spend for spectrum TV it’s a crime

Feb. 5, 2021 - Latest update brings back the video hesitation and freezes. It was doing so well for a while.

The app switches to local commercials and programming during shows. Often when it switches the screen freezes and reboot is required.
The DIGITAL DVR IS VERY BUGGY

The recorded shows sometimes don’t allow you to fast forward and will just reset to the beginning if you try

How can a streaming TV app NOT provide a basic feature like pausing/rewinding live tv??? This is NOT cool. Please add this basic capability or it’s back to YTTV for me.
