Buffering in NC

Spectrum constantly buffers and freezes up. Oddly enough the others don’t like Roku Tubi, Vudu, Prime and others. Have ask spectrum for help but they don’t have any idea what the problem is. The technicians say they can see it’s buffering more than it should but I guess they have thrown their hands up. I pay for the service and just want what I pay for, that seems fair and reasonable to me.

Had it since august 2020 and was great until the past month. Cannot watch one show without missing half of it. About to cancel if something dont change soon. Buffering constantly and losing connection often.
Expect up to a one minute lag for live tv.

Only gripe, and this could obviously just be a current technological problem, rather than an issue specific to Spectrum) but when streaming live tv, the lag can be about 30 seconds to one minute late. I’ve got the super bowl on tv downstairs, when I need to leave the room, the app would allow me to watch while I am in another room, however, I can hear my family clap/cheer in response to a touchdown in the other room, which I don’t see happen for another minute watching through the app on my phone. I come back to the room, and i have two choices: watch it live on tv which is one minute ahead (so i miss a full minute) OR continue watching the app until a commercial when I can resume watching on tv without missing any plays. A small lag isn’t a big deal at all, but one minute? It doesn’t even take that long for tv networks to correspond and communicate to journalists internationally on a live news broadcast, and here I am in the same house on the same network? Baffling.
Limited Access to all Spectrum Channels

We live a few months out of the year up in Hiawassee GA and sign into our Spectrum account on our Roku TV. Spectrum drastically reduces all of the channels they have by allowing us to a limited access to us because we are not using their Spectrum‘s Wi-Fi, which is not offered up here in the Georgia mountains. We are paying our full price monthly fees for all Spectrum‘s services that includes Spectrum Wi-Fi yet they withhold about 60% of the channels we are paying for. It’s ashame will be forced to switch to another provider because we love Channel 13 with 24 hours News
App stopped working

I have restarted iPad. Deleted and reinstalled app. Nothing is working. I tried going to app support but it won’t open. I need my app to work y’all. What’s the next step here????
Unintuitive User Interface & App

App is completely worthless - there’s no way to actually create an account even though it gives you the option of selecting to create a username. When you make that selection it says you do not have an account when you try to create one. There’s no way to actually try to create an account. Garbage.

This was the only place that I could watch all of the Pokémon episodes and I’ve been doing it for two years and then you just took it all away for no reason but why???
