Can’t program DVR

I can’t program tv programs. Keeps showing error has occurred to try later. I’ve been trying later for months. I deleted and downloaded twice.

they couldnt make it a month without destroying their app and service. the connection didnt work and when it did it freezes during live programming. after 5 mins of restarting it has started again. the channels that freeze are actually being sabotaged by spectrum employees. meanwhile there's never any outages on any of the democrat liberal channels.

They will steal your money. If you sign up for their services and you move and have to cancel at any point, they will keep your money. I paid for a full months service and used ONLY 4 days worth of it because I moved out of the area for a job and they kept the whole month worth of payment. They said because they are month to month that they do not prorate. No one ever informed me of this. This is completely unethical.

Why doesn’t this app work the same on iPad as it does on my iPhone?

I use this app all the time and am quite happy with it. However, when using it on my iPad, it doesn't allow me to control my cable box by selecting a channel from the guide and giving me the option to have it change on my TV & cable! I do it all the time with my iPhone version of the app, so why not have this functionality on the iPad version?

Sound breaks up

App was fairly good until recently. Lately, audio constantly breaks up. Extremely irritating!

Unable to schedule recordings from app

I’m trying to understand how it’s not possible to use the app to schedule recordings. First I thought it was because I wasn’t in our home, but I was soon proven wrong. We had AT&T for years and I assumed Spectrum would have that basic functionality in their app too. Unfortunately, they don’t. I’m trying to find much value in their app.

Horrible for on Demand Programs

If you want to stream On Demand programs the app is unwatchable because it buffers several times through any program. It is NOT my internet, I get up to 240 Mbps and have absolutely no issues with Prime, Fandango and other services I stream. This is the case on all 4 of my TVs including one which resides in the same room with the router. I have called Spectrum numerous times and they can’t seem to troubleshoot this issue. Today one of the techs confessed they’ve been having trouble with the app for months. I am definitely not getting what I pay for.

For some reason the app doesn’t work anymore in my iPhone. I use to have it before and use it, but now that I’m trying to access it again, it gives me an error. I have a new account different than the one I had before. If anyone know anything, help is appreciated.

So app will only show you all, “your” channels if you are connected to, “your” WiFi at HOME? Wait what? If I was home.... I wouldn’t need the app to watch my channels, I would just use my TV... so much for watching your network when away from home. This app will be immediately deleted, not worth the mb space on my phone. By the way Spectrum, you don’t offer the best service out there. This just gives me one more reason to choose a different network.
