The programming is fine. Fluctuations in levels of feed causes programs to lock up pausing programming. This occurs especially during use of “on demand” service. We pay for the highest levels of service and only use a 4K T.V. and an IPad. This has been a problem ever since we switched to your service. We had technicians here that had no answer except to get Roku. That helped but did not solve problem.

I much prefer the layout of the DVR “Recordings” and “Scheduled” on android devices. My wife has a Galaxy phone and a Galaxy Tab A tablet and the lists are much easier to see and navigate. Why aren’t they the same on both platforms?

App consistently tunes to wrong channels. Why is that? Also: Why can’t you start an on demand video from the app? Why do the watch options fluctuate from one channel to the next? Features for watching content work okay.

Wake up Spectrum App developers!!

Your app has been down all week. It won’t work on phones or AppleTVs. Even when it was kind of working it would freeze repeatedly. The clock is ticking before I bail out on you guys and go back to the horrible customer service from ATT/Directv. At least their app works.

The tone and tenor of your political coverage is bias. I believe you are well meaning because it is your belief. The problem is your beliefs cannot be achieved without significant increase in taxes and fees that will hurt the middle and lower class. Here’s my proof. The top 1% earn $2.3 trillion. Corporate profits are $1.8 trillion. Take all their money and you cannot pay for the $6 to $7 trillion spend in Biden administration. This does not include the $1.9 trillion spend for COVID. Let’s remember only 79 million of 143 million workers pay taxes. I could go on. Again you are well meaning. I recommend you present both sides equally, especially if you believe in equity.

So I Just brought a 4K AndroidTV by PHILIPS for my bedroom and guess what? This Spectrum TV app isn’t even compatible with the television. So I connected my Roku3 to the TV because it already has the spectrum tv app downloaded, and just as I launched the spectrum app Roku gives me a message I’d never seen before “If you delete the spectrum tv app you won’t be able to reinstall it later”.. So my question is, Why is this app incompatible with certain tv’s and streaming devices?
