I love this app and use the cloud based DVR, but on my Roku device while you’re scrolling through My Recordings it jumps up into the Recently Watched list and is VERY annoying!

Horrible. The app is so glitchy ~ there are so many problems with it that I am not going to list them or even take the time to write any more. Wish I could give it negative stars.

As of right now this app keeps displaying check your internet connection. AFE-1004, hilariously our internet is Spectrum. every other app works perfectly but not SPECTRUM TV. Additionally the SPECTRUM TV app shows vocals out of sync with the picture. No other app does this and the internet speed is often triple digits. What junk!
What happened

This is by far the most used app on my phone.While I never liked that even though I’m a spectrum customer I can’t get access to all my channels it’s still had a lot of my favorites and recently added ESPN to the mobile lineup which is awesome..Then I login tonight my normal routine and not only is ESPN gone but also NBC E networks and a bunch of others that I’m used to being on there. What happened? When did they decide to take these away? Is it something wrong with my app? I would give five starsIf I could just figure this out

Audio /video out of sync; pixilated and unviewable stations combined with abysmal phone/0nline customer service makes for a cable company to be avoided at all costs.

Since the last update your app has become almost unwatchable due to constant freezes. This is happening across all channels. It is happening on both Wi-Fi networks no matter witch one is being used by my Apple TV 4K. Seeing as nothing else using the network seems to be affected the problem must be on your end. Noticing the recent comments from others using Apple TV to view spectrum I’m not the only one experiencing this problem. Until this is resolved I can only give this app a one star rating.
Stopped working

It was great while it lasted. The latest bug fix caused the app to not even load. Super irritating.

App has always been glitchy but stopped working on all my Samsung TVs, iPhone and iPad today. Gives error message that there is no WiFi connection but WiFi is fine

This app on any device other than iOS is so buggy. It crashes whatever you try to play it on and their customer support will blame your router, or your tv brand. They have no acceptance of responsibility for their own ineptitude.

I absolutely love this app. Being able to watch live or on demand shows is great and I’m able to binge watch my personal favorites, watch kid friendly shows or movies while on the road or trips is perfect!
