You advertise on TV you offer the best benefits a cable company has to offer That is untrue You have the worst streaming services Check out Xfinity which my family luvs but unfortunately we can’t have here I can not record or get tv shows I have recorded on my iPad when streaming Every other major cable company does You only offer live tv, guide which is basically the same thing, on demand which only offers some play backs and older ones at that. Your services are not faster or more dependable our tv is constantly either not recording shows it was set up to record or blank screens come in for the recording in addition the service both internet and TV just shuts down. Check out Xfinity they are the best bring their services to your cable then you can say your the best.

The spectrum tv app is totally unreliable and full of bugs when used on an iPhone or iPad. The reps at spectrum said the app was recently fixed, however, I keep losing channels and connectivity altogether. Very bad.
Doesn’t work with AirPlay

Only certain live channels work and on demand content. If this cannot be fixed, then reach and agreement with Roku and re-release your Roku app.

Switching over to Spectrum was the best decision we made. The service meets all my needs. Especially now that I telework. I love that I have access to through spectrums mobile application to watch my favorite shows and news where ever I might be. Thumbs up!

I love having my iPad and Spectrum app when I’m out and about with my grandkids. We watch Disney or Nickelodeon when are picnicking at the park. Really cool and enjoyable. Great job.
Doesn’t work

The app that used to work no longer does. I get error reference code DGE-1001 and IGE-9000 Very annoying not to be able to use the app. Why? What’s the point of having an app that doesn’t work?

My DVR recordings skip more than half the shows with commercials. The reception goes in and out when it’s raining. That I don’t understand because we never had this issue. The Spectrum app on my iPhone won’t work. The app plays for 2 seconds and stops. I’ve completed all necessary steps to fix the issue and no luck. Now I understand why people all across this nation only have internet with downloads from other useful apps. Spectrum has grown to fast and this is the fastest way to lose more customers. I didn’t think Spectrum would be in the same boat as the others. Shame on you for trying to out do competition for your own benefit. You aren’t benefiting us it’s greed you’re feeding yourself. Slow down fix the issues and get this back to what it used to be.

This is a great way to watch my favorite shows wherever and whenever I want without disturbing others in the the household. The picture and sound are excellent. The app has more options than I was expecting.
