Inconsistent Quality – Spectrum TV Review

The programming is fine. Fluctuations in levels of feed causes programs to lock up pausing programming. This occurs especially during use of “on demand” service. We pay for the highest levels of service and only use a 4K T.V. and an IPad. This has been a problem ever since we switched to your service. We had technicians here that had no answer except to get Roku. That helped but did not solve problem.
