Make an iPad app you Jabrones. I want to buy tickets on my iPad but there is no app for the iPad. Why? IDK my BFF Jill. Let's make this happen. Live long and prosper!

Maybe more of a 2.5 star app. I checked in to my flight but there is no mobile version of the boarding pass. That is the whole point of a mobile airline app. There is a text box instructing the user to print the pass at home or the airport. Come on, now.

Use to work with Wallet, no longer does.

No reason to get this app now. This app used to work seamlessly with Wallet, putting your boarding pass there. now it doesn't. It's just as easy to use the mobile website to do all the other features. There's no reason to waste space on your device with this app.

Boarding pass does not update

The app works great I really like it but the only part that doesn't work well is the boarding pass. I checkin, it saves a boarding pass to my iPhone without the gate info. The gate info is empty and it does't update one the info is available. I have to save the boarding pass again when gate is available

I should have the ability to save my boarding pass to my phone even if I checked in via a computer. What is the purpose of being able to view my boarding position from the app if I still need to print it out. This app needs serious development the functionality is SERIOUSLY LACKING. The app serves no purpose if it can't simply show me a boarding pass on my phone as it would if I was printing from my computer

No Mobile Boarding Pass

I checked in in a desktop browser. When I couldn't see a MBP in my app, I did a checkin from the app as well. I see no option for a mobile boarding pass. Even United has it together better, and they rank low in customer satisfaction.

If the app were to somehow infect me with a nasty STD I would have to admit that this would constitute an improvement of its current usefulness ?

I can no longer check-in and get a mobile boarding pass. The FAQ says you have a choice during check-in, but nothing appears. Plus, with unassigned seating, you want to get your check-in as quick as possible, you don't want to pause to make a choice on how to get your boarding pass. Come on SWA, make an app that matches the service of your airline!

I had had this app before but deleted it when decluttering my phone since I only fly a couple times a year. With a trip just around the corner, I re-downloaded it so I could have my boarding passes in Wallet, a feature that was available the last several times I flew SWA. Unfortunately, it appears that the app UI lost some intuitiveness since I last used it and does not sync boarding passes with Wallet as expected. I'll still fly Southwest and recommend them to everyone I know, but I'm deleting the app. It's just wasted space.
