Can't save mobile boarding pass

App works fine with regards to showing reservations and checking in, but wouldn't allow me to save the mobile boarding pass to Apple wallet. No explanation just "visit airport kiosk or print pass from website". I guess it's not a huge deal, but it is annoying. If it's a restriction specific to the airport or something, at least say so.

Able to book and rebook on the fly. No complaints. Anytime there is something not working, sure enough, I need to update the app.

So I put confirmation number in and get my flights but it doesn't save it. I have to put my name and confirmation number in every time. Crazy, it should save it. Allegiance's app saves your confirmation number and name so you don't have to keep entering it EVERY TIME. Please fix where you can save info and don't have to enter the info all the time.
Update messed up app

After this last update, I cannot view my upcoming trips or account information. It takes you to a pretty picture but no info. Fix this please!
TouchID locks up app

I've had great experience with this app until very recently. I tried to purchase a flight and was asked for my TouchID to proceed. Unfortunately, it locked up the app. I tried multiple times and the same thing continued to happen. The app isn't nearly as useful when you can't purchase flights. Please help.
Only gets me half way

I only fly when SWA when I have to. As in drive 8 plus hours or fly & it's the only non stop flight for my particular destination.

I book all my flights from the app. 5 stars! I just wish that SWA would create an app that was more iPad friendly. Thank you SWA!

I've always loved the Southwest app but ever since I updated it this morning it keeps telling me that they've retired the version I'm using and to update it... However I already have. It won't let me on it.
