Love This App And Southwest

I love this app. I don't travel on any other airline unless it's absolutely necessary. The app is well organized and easy to use. The only thing it's missing is the ability to purchase tickets using a combination of Rapid Rewards points and a credit card.

Missing flights on home screen

For some reason, for the past couple months certain flights don't appear on the home screen. For instance, right now I have a flight on September 2 and another on September 5, but the September 2 flight is the only one of the two that appears on the home screen. Both flights appear on the my trips screen. Seems like a bug but it hasn't been fixed yet.

Needs Watch

Reasonably good app, but needs Watch compatibility. Hey SW, your competitors (United, Delta, Alaska) all do. Please, make Watch a priority.

This app has potential, but lacks the finish to be considered professional. Future flights often fail to show up, and there is no way to add them. Once you pull up the flight using the conf # you should be able to then track it, but there is no option for that. Under "manage" might be a good spot for that option. While your in there, "airport info" should take me to relevant info about the airports associated with my specific flight, not a generic list of all airports. Step it up, SW. These are easy fixes.

Additional Functionality Needed

Please add the functionality to add travel funds when purchasing a new flight. Also, in the past I wasn't able to purchase a seat for my infant (0-2 years old) from the mobile app, but was able to on the desktop site.

App is getting better but users need to have a quick way to check in from the "my travel" tab by using the next flight information that is already populated. Should be able to touch the confirmation and have it populate automatically for check in

Why 5 random future reservations on home page?

The home screen should at LEAST show your next flight, and the next 4 flights. Today I have 51 reservations and the home screen shows my 5th, 11, 12, 36, and 39th future reservation; useless.

Worse than using a website

I've booked several trips using this app, only to have it lose them and have to find confirmation numbers in my email or not get an email at all. Take screen shots of your bookings so as not to lose them.

Apple Watch support please

The app works but has limited features. Definitely needs Apple Watch integration.

Does what is supposed to do except

Does what is supposed to do except I get no notifications when I travel. When going into iOS setting under notifications, the app does not even show up to set my preferences as all other apps do. I tried everything from a troubleshooting standpoint and Apple support wasn't able to help. Will have to contact the app developer for resolution.
