Still A Lot Missing

The most glaring problem is the inability to add future flights... Which was the only reason I felt I needed to download the app. Clicking through the menus tends to end up at the same "retrieve reservation" screen - which is a concern, as the user feels they are just being constantly redirected. Needs some major / obvious updates.
Multi-city trip

Doesn't show boarding passes for multiple passengers

I used to be able to easily check in and view boarding passes for all passengers booked with my account for a single trip (myself, spouse, kids). If I search each confirmation number individually (tedious), I can check in for multiple passengers, but it won't save all the boarding passes in one location. I had to save each boarding pass for each leg of the trip separately into my wallet. The old version was much easier: I used to be able to check in for all my family members and quickly view all boarding passes with one swipe or two. Please fix this Southwest!
Could improve check in process

While in the app it sees all my info yet to check in you still need to type confirmation number and name, seems like this should be a standard process.

Terrible!!! I can't log into my account through this app. I have reinstalled it at least three times and the problem still persists. I will will use the website and forget about this worthless piece of software. It doesn't even deserve one star.

The only thing missing is that when multiple people on one reservations the wallet is not available. Add this feature because one doesn't always have access to a printer or if only doing carry on going to a kiosk is a waste of time.
Watch out if you have a transfer flight

App doesnt prompt or remind you to check in on BOTH flights so I got screwed over into position C61 on the transfer flight DESPITE having paid extra for early check in. Either do both automatically or bring up the second flight when first is done. Ugh!

I used this app a lot when traveling due to the fact that I love southwest, however since my app "updated" it has been stuck and won't let me open the app of even deleted it for that matter to reinstall it which has been annoying to say the least since I travel southwest quite often!! Please fix!!
