Flight status, upcoming flights missing

Used to open the app to find the status of today's flight on the screen. Now I have to hunt and enter a ton of info to see. Upcoming flights is super buggy- showing only some. Have to go into manage flights to see them all. Please fix.

I LOVE this app, usually, but... It has not been working properly since my last update to iOS 9.3.5 My Trips are not showing, boarding passes not showing, all of which make it pretty useless. I've had to manually check in and use my confirmation number to get my boarding pass to show. Luckily last time I did that, I added the pass to Apple Wallet so now it is handy again... But not through the app.

Can't log in, can't click for forgotten passwords, doesn't recognize updated passwords, can't find flights, constantly has error messages. If I could Rate 0 stars I would. Garbage.
Unreliable

Why is it that I can be logged in and recognized, but can't look up anything? What is the point of this app, if not to allow you to access information? "Sorry, sonething's wrong" is a stupid message.
Frequent flier

Does not let you add a flight to "My Trips." You can retrieve the flight info and check-in but it will not associate the flight with your account. You have to manually look up the flight info using the confirmation number every time you want to check on your flight. Silly. Try the Alaska Airlines app, works like a charm.
Quest to find the holy grail

If you don't have mobile boarding passes, you don't have mobile boarding passes. That's frustrating. But lying and pretending to have MBP is childish. Just fess up and say you can't offer that. Don't send your customers on a quest to find the holy grail of boarding passes only to be turned into dust and told that you chose poorly (thanks Indiana Jones for helping me truly express my frustration). Edit: southwest contacted me and said MBP only work if there is one ticket and I was flying with my family. That was the problem. No longer worthy of 1 star, but not worthy of a 5 star.

Boarding pass disappeared after an hour flight delay. Really SW? Your loyal customers have been begging and pleading for years for a decent app and all you give us is cr@p designed by 1st graders. You could do better but you won't. Southwest has the absolute worst airline app in the industry. Don't waste your time downloading.
5 on a curve

I didn't realize how amazing the southwest mobile app was until I was recently forced to use delta and AA. With this app you can do almost everything you need to do like upgrades, book, change existing reservations and get updates). You'd be mistaken to assume that everyone else has these abilities.

Trying to log in. Get request is forbidden error. Cannot find any easy way to reach app support.
