For my last several flights I am unable to get my boarding pass electronically and have to print them....not convenient!!!!

I have used the app for a few years now and loved it. But after this update I am now unable to log in. I keep receiving a error code that my username/ and or password are incorrect. I have attempted to call southwest to get the issue resolved but with no avail I'm unable to get this issue fixed. I have gone through deleting the app and reinstalling it. Resetting my password. I'm able to log in on the website on desktop just fine so the issue is not with my username, account number and or my password. Due that I fly very frequently it would be very nice to have this app in full working condition. #pleasehelpsouthwest #southwest #southwestairlines #swa

LOOKS nice, but trying to do something simple like scan in or add boarding passes to the app'/Apple Wallet: forget about it! It errors out.

I've been trying to get into app for a couple weeks now....even deleted & re-installed.....still can't get to work....

You should have the option of viewing/printing/sending your boarding pass. Convenient to check in. Not much else past that.

Twice, this app has failed to book a flight. Both times, I had to book through the Southwest website. It defeats the purpose of using this useless app. To get flight status, even when logged in to the account, the app asks for the flight confirmation number, first name, and last name in order to "retrieve reservation." This app needs some serious work. Southwest, are you listening to your customers?
iPhone App - GREAT, iPad App - ???

I love the Southwest iPhone app and use it regularly on my phone when I travel or need to make reservations. Now I need Southwest to build a true iPad app that works in both portrait and landscape modes. I have the iPhone version on my iPad and the experience is less than perfect. I use my iPad in landscape mode with a Bluetooth keyboard and have to turn my iPad sideways to see the Southwest app. Please build an iPad version of your app!!!

Seems like a lot of other people are having the same problem. My upcoming flights aren't showing up in the latest version.

The only reason I got the app was to have my boarding pass on it... And it didn't even work!! Still had to print it :( checking in on the app was easy though.
