Can't open the new app or any section without getting this error. Starting to think I should not update this app if it's working. Hopefully I can check in and get a boarding pass tomorrow.

I was able to book a flight rapidly, check status easily and put boarding passes in my iWallet - perfect! My favorite airline just raised the bar again.
Lacking basic functionality

I don't get it. If I booked a Southwest flight on my computer or through my employer and I search for it using the confirmation # and my information details why doesn't it just add it to my upcoming flight details and leave it there so I see it when I open the app. It's so dumb that I I have to re-search that information each time. Maybe if you booked a flight within the app it would stay in the queue but I'm just saying. This is basic functionality.

This app is garbage. You can't add flights that aren't recognized in your account. Plus, if you book more than one ticket for others, it doesn't show. What the heck is the point!?

My phone has been trying to install/update all day. Still not there.
Most useless app ever

Booked 2 one way flights for our vacation, and they appeared in the app just fine.. Until the morning of our flight, when it decided that we actually DON'T have any flights coming up. The day we actually needed the app, it was the most useless. Fire the monkey at the computer and hire a real developer to make you a real app.
APPLE WATCH SUPPORT?!?!

Why does this app not support Apple Watch? I've flown American Airlines and the functionality of the app and Watch app works relatively well. The overall SW app is ok, but I would like to see more functionality and Watch support
