Completed update today, now getting nothing but error message. Worked fine prior to update. Update at your own risk.

Update 5/11 - app after update doesn't open at all. Error Update - even with the latest update, the below still hasn't been resolved. For some reason, after the last update, the boarding pass doesn't pop up automatically and show up on lock screen. Even after I've added it to my apple wallet, ensured that it's set to display on lock screen automatically so it's readily available, it doesn't pop up until AFTER I've boarded the plane. Too many steps to get the boarding pass to pop up immediately so I just print at the kiosks now. Please fix this. My other carrier doesn't seem to have this problem.

WHY CANT I LOG IN?!?! Please fix ASAP. I have tried both my user name and rapid rewards number. Ensured my password is correct by logging in on my laptop. But I keep getting the error message: the requested service is temporarily unavailable (error: 503140000). I'm traveling tomorrow and really need this app to work.


New update gives error messages

Cannot access past flights. As soon as opening the app on the iPad, get "requested service temporarily unavailable. Error 503140000"

The app is buggy since I updated it. It works but keeps telling me there are technical difficulties. Please fix! And while I'm asking, please make a native iPad app. Normally 5 stars.

Every update seems to break something

I saved the below from the last so-called update. The fix the bugs update this week is full of bugs. Can't live with it can't live without it. Best customers held hostage...ugh! Gary Kelly...wake up and spend a tiny bit of record profits to make this app world class! From the last "so-called" Update-It used to be that my wife would automatically have her Companion tickets added to her own RR account. She is A List on her own and not having A list on boarding pass means no access to expedited bag check and other A List benefits. Now we have to manually enter her RR number for every companion ticket in order to have the correct status show on the boarding pass. We have not found a way to do this with the app. Regardless of ticket category she has still earned A List benefits...why not make it automatic like it used to be? In a previous review I have questioned whether real customers are involved in the app development process. I continue to wonder....
