Lacking basic functionality – Southwest Airlines Review

I don't get it. If I booked a Southwest flight on my computer or through my employer and I search for it using the confirmation # and my information details why doesn't it just add it to my upcoming flight details and leave it there so I see it when I open the app. It's so dumb that I I have to re-search that information each time. Maybe if you booked a flight within the app it would stay in the queue but I'm just saying. This is basic functionality.
