Quest to find the holy grail – Southwest Airlines Review

If you don't have mobile boarding passes, you don't have mobile boarding passes. That's frustrating. But lying and pretending to have MBP is childish. Just fess up and say you can't offer that. Don't send your customers on a quest to find the holy grail of boarding passes only to be turned into dust and told that you chose poorly (thanks Indiana Jones for helping me truly express my frustration). Edit: southwest contacted me and said MBP only work if there is one ticket and I was flying with my family. That was the problem. No longer worthy of 1 star, but not worthy of a 5 star.
