This does not work—- I’m almost for sure if we paid monthly for this app it would work like a charm.

Used to work really well and photos would send to my phone as soon as I would take them on my Nikon D3400. Now since there has been an IOS update, this app doesn’t work and can’t connect to my camera. I am a hobbyist photographer and this is the ONLY reason I bought Nikon and not Cannon! Fix this ASAP please!

When I first purchased the D3400 snapbridge worked fine. I had to reset my phone tried to connect the camera again. The camera connects to Bluetooth as soon as I try to use the download feature it says it cannot connect to the camera. I went to the Nikon site and followed their instructions no help, watched YouTube videos on the same issues with the camera still does not work.
Works with my iPhone.

Just purchased the Nikon Coolpix B500. The app works well - I can easily download numerous pics to my iPhone very quickly.

#worstappever. Every time there is an iOS update, this app no longer works. I would rather get a vasectomy then try to use this app.

Got my Nikon for Christmas and was so excited to set up the blue tooth wireless but it wouldn’t connect with my camera. Tried several times then called Nikon. They said it’s not working with the newest iOS version but they are working on it. Please please update this soon to make it compatible!!

I can’t believe Nikon (and I’m a huge Nikonian) created this POS! I wish they didn’t even offer it up because all It does is get my hopes up that it will work. I just got the awesome D850 and they just should have included built in GPS and not teased us with this horrible app as an alternative. Nikon... you KNOW SnapBridge is awful. There are videos all over YouTube describing how horrible it is and how to try and “rig” a fix. Fix it or just get rid of it. I’m so disappointed. If I hadn’t invested so much in all my Nikon lenses over the years... I would have switched to Canon. But I held my breath, got the D850, and just prayed all the bad SnapBridge reviews were from user error. Nope. Wireless transfer is nearly flawless with so many other apps and hardware systems... get your act together Nikon. I’m very disappointed in you.

I purchased this camera for the Bluetooth compatibility. The first few months I had it I had no issues with the connection and I enjoyed being able to share my pictures so easily. Since the recent update my camera will not connect with the app. It continues to tell me the camera is not on and it will not connect!! This is so frustrating!! It makes me wish I never went with the Nikon brand and I’m seriously considering selling my camera and getting a canon. I’m not happy at ALL and I would not recommend anyone to get a Nikon.

For some reason it keeps not wanting to connect. I have updated the phone and it still does my want to go thru. I’m not satisfied with this app.
