I got my camera less than 8 weeks ago because of the Bluetooth feature this app provides. Now it doesn’t work. I can’t even connect the camera on iSo 11.2.6. Please get it up to date. Two starts because when it worked it was really cool.

This app worked well until recently. Now I cannot connect at all. I used this app often for work, and it is useless now. Horrible quality for Nikon. Surely you can do better than this.
The app works but could be better

The previous is with the 11.2.5 was an Apple issue. The new update should resolve the issue of connectivity. The Bluetooth download works but could be a bit faster. That my only complaint and what kept me from issuing a 5th star.
Sony got it right, come on Nikon

WMU worked great for my Nikon D750. SnapBridge for my Nikon D850 never functions correctly, smoothly, or at all! I am spending hours online because Nikon support has been futile. My friends who have the Sony rub in my face how easily and effortlessly Sony’s integration works with their iPhones and their cameras. Why can’t Nikon at least out-source their app development so it is done right?

While this is a cool feature to have (when it connects seamlessly, no hiccups) I find myself having to disconnect and reconnect the camera via Bluetooth to my iPad a lot. At least twice a month I am doing this. It works but there shouldn’t be so many times of me being aware I need to submit my own type of reboot. Could be better. So much better.

Nikon should be taken to the woodshed for a beating!!! SnapBridge is totally useless IMHO. It won’t pair with my brand new B500. SnapBridge App has the Bluetooth circle going around and around. Touch the icon and a message says it is waiting to connect but the camera is off, it’s not! Nice idea but half baked app!!! Only once did they pair up after many tries only not to re-pair another day. This pairing must be immediately available!!!!! Shame on Nikon

Started out working pretty good, then it would no longer sync with my camera. Tried using the help and followed the “fixes” with no luck. Hoping they may come up with an update. Frustrating!!!
