Finally got it to work

I had a hard time getting it to work. Partially due to confusing instructions and partially due to user error. I would give it 5 stars if it would transfer at full resolution and if it would transfer raw (.NEF) files from my Nikon D7500, as well as .JPG files

I’m very disappointed; this app worked for all of about a week. After that the auto download does not work. It’s very frustrating because regardless of if you delete the camera and reconnect it, uninstall and reinstall the app, wait and try again, NOTHING WORKS!! This is the shittiest transferring app I’ve ever seen. Even when it did work it took way longer than it should to transfer a picture. This is absolutely horrible.

It was working fine at first and now it’s talking about that I can’t import my videos to my phone now! And this started AFTER I updated it. I have a YouTube channel and this app came in handy when I needed it so please fix this error.:(

Snap bridge will not connect properly to my phone! I have had this camera for months and have been using it since, and it is frustrating for the this to happen all of a sudden. I have made calls to Nikon and they have not helped at all. This app is trash. Very disappointing and frustrating.
Won’t pair after update

I have spent at least two hours total trying to pair to my camera with SnapBridge after the new version of the app was released several months ago. I’ve updated iOS, deleted and reinstalled the app, played with different location setting and... nothing. At least 20 attempts at pairing. It shouldn’t be this hard. Get your act together, Nikon.
Pics won’t download to phone

I have so much trouble with this app getting my pics off my camera onto my phone. It was working for a while and now I can’t get the pics to download. My phone connects to the camera and I can see the camera pics on my phone, but then when I select the pics to download nothing happens. I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve exited in and out of the app, i have iOS 11.2.6, I have made sure my location services are on all the time. Nothing works. This app is so not consistent.
