Snapbridge not connecting – SnapBridge Review

When I first purchased the D3400 snapbridge worked fine. I had to reset my phone tried to connect the camera again. The camera connects to Bluetooth as soon as I try to use the download feature it says it cannot connect to the camera. I went to the Nikon site and followed their instructions no help, watched YouTube videos on the same issues with the camera still does not work.
