Got my D3400 during the Thanksgiving sale. So happy about the wifi from the camera to phone... downloaded the app it work for the first 2weeks... afterwards it won’t connect it frustrates me espcially when your out of the country and you dont have your laptop with. I did everything... download, re-download, paired and not paired, turn on/off the camera... all possible things ... even followed what ever “helps” says from the pop out screen... this is a useless app! So stupid.... i guess just upgrade the app.. i dont know if they would help but Nikon please use a different app!!!! Disappointed....

I cannot connect my phone to my camera via this app after downloading to the latest iOS 11.2.5. I would have expected an update to fix this bug?

I was enjoying snap bridge, until it stopped being able to pair to my devices. The developers commented that it’s being investigated but it’s been a while now.
Could there be a worse user experience?

This app is an embarrassment for an otherwise quality camera maker. Consistently doesn’t work and only seems to function after continually trying to reconnect.

Are you EVER going to fix this?? I can’t connect at all with the new IOS update now no matter what I do. So frustrating since this is one of the main features that made me decide to go with a DSLR and I need quick downloads for my job!!!!. Is there somehow I can delete this update????

App connects to the camera for a moment, but if you try to access the pictures it disconnects and says it can’t connect to the camera. Horrible app, I expect much better after paying $500 for a camera that I expected to have the ability to connect to my phone.
Doesn’t work with iOS 11.2.5.

They updated the app just before the holidays and it was working great. Since the new iOS update I haven’t been able to get this app to work. The SnapBridge team says they’re aware of it but they have not been able fix it and it’s been over a month now.

I have a Nikon D3400 and every single time I want to transfer pictures to my phone I have to unpair my camera from my phone, delete the app, redownload it and then repair. Then half the time it says the Bluetooth connection is successful but it fails to connect to my camera for picture download (???!!!). I spend hours every single time I need to transfer photos. It’s super frustrating. I’m just going to start transferring photos the old fashioned way because this app is a waste of time.
