This app is horrible. I have used this in the past and every time i went to download my pictures from my camera, it would take hours or even days to download the pictures. Recently, i tried to use this app again to download pictures, and i can’t even get my camera to pair with my phone. This app is disorganized and disappointing.

I took a few photos at the park this morning and figured I would have to wait a few hours for them to sync. I opened up the photos on my phone a few minutes later and they were all there! Whatever Snapbridge and Nikon have done is working!

It doesn’t pair at all!! Worked for about a week then nothing for months! I have tried everything deleting app forgetting device, downloaded it again and still nothing. I expected better! And with all these complaints and they still haven’t tried to fix the problem.

I have read mixed reviews of the app and it’s connectivity. It works great for me. I found it simple to set up and use. There have been a couple time the connection hasn’t worked, but I closed out the app and just reopened it. I use it everyday

Spent $3400 on a camera and they give me this piece of crap to open my photos? It doesn’t even work! Shame on you Nikon.

Well, Nikon mentions that there is a known issue with IOS 11.2.5. Where is the fix? Latest IOS is at 11.2.6 and snapbridge still isn't working or has been updated! I have tried all the suggestion that Nikon has for the connection issue and none of them have worked. When will the connection issues be fixed. It's been a little while since the app has been updated. Come on Nikon!

Upgraded to iOS 11.2.6 resolved the synch via Bluetooth is working again with Nikon D5600. So it seems problem is not in Snapbridge app, there was an issue with iOS. Regardless, it would have been nice if Nikon provided some customer updates.

App is currently not working with my camera. Went through a ton of options to try to fix it with no success. Will fix my rating if the app improves.

UPDATE. New iOS 11.2.6 restores auto download autosend function! Now low res photos appear immediately on iPhone after shooting. Worked great until upgrade to iOS 11.2.5. Now your flagship D850 will not autosend to iphone, Wi-Fi will not turn on predictably which means photos trapped in the camera until card reader physically attached to iPad or iPhone. Have re-paired devices, reloaded App without success. Nikon you need to fix this ASAP or I’ll be back to using Canon cameras again!
