Please please please fix your app

I am a longtime Nikon camera user and I recently purchased a D5600 in part to leverage the new capabilities offered by connecting to my iPhone and ipad. As it currently stands the app is a dismal disappointment. The interface between the camera and mobile device is slow, tedious and doesn’t work half the time. You have to restart the whole process every time you go to download more pictures. Why does the camera WiFi need to start up every time? I can photo stream a picture from my iPhone to my ipad with the touch of a button. Surely you can do the same. I love the camera but will need to get out my cable to download pictures for the time being. Please fix this.

Problem with app

I have an iPhone 7s... it lets me pair once and then it won’t let me pair again. It keeps telling there’s an error. I’ve googled it so much already and tried everything. The only thing that fixes it is when I delete and re download the app and I’m getting extremely tired of this. Why is it so complicated? And it its automatically turn “on” to automatically download photos and that runs space and battery. I wish this was easier and worked without having to delete and redone load the app.

Worst app on my smart phone

The amount of frustration stemming from this app is incredible. Not user friendly and the connection is extremely fickle. Good thing I have no other choice in apps to use- stuck with this crap!


Not working..

I’m not going to waste too much of my time writing about how this app isn’t connecting and how frustrating it is. I’ve already spent way too much of my time and Nikon people’s time at my camera store trying to make this inadequate app try to work. Once in a while it connects, making it even more frustrating, since it mostly doesn’t. Nikon should be ashamed at this piece of crap. Maybe work with Canon tech design people, guys!!!!

I keep trying to link my camera (D3400) to the app, and it just doesn’t work. My iOS is up to date, and so is the app, but it just keep on saying “connection unsuccessful”. PLEASE HELP OMG I NEED THIS FIXED RIGHT NOW OK, I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD MY PICS TO MY PHONE I’M BEGGING YOU.


Bluetooth sync issues

The BT connection is super shaky, and once you fall out of sync between the phone and camera, you won’t get a consistent connection back. I fear I am going to have to reformat my camera firmware to resolve this issue, as the app won’t connect to the camera anymore. It used to work great


Pairing to IOS

Having trouble pairing camera to iPhone. Never consistent and very disappointing not able to view photos online. The SnapBridge app never works. SnapBridge reports they have fixed the issues but apparently they have not.


Major bug with Bluetooth

Doesn’t work with IOS 11.2.5. What kind of app doesn’t stay up with IOS releases Bluetooth still does not work with IOS current release. Returning Nikon camera to Costco and purchasing Cannon. Someone needs to get fired.
