Can’t switch store locations.

I moved an hour away and I can’t get the store location to switch to the local one. Maybe it’s my phone? I can see the store I want to switch to but there is not button or motion to switch it. Also the date when the sales end is not shown in the app. Yeah this app needs a lot of improvements. Someone get on it!

Haven’t been able to use the app for several days. Keep getting error messages. I really have depended on picking up my groceries during the pandemic because I’m in a high risk group. Despite a lot of annoyances with how the app works I am upset I can’t use it! The search function is terrible. If it weren’t for the list of regularly ordered items it would really be unusable at all. Will have to go to Harmons I guess.

I absolutely love Smith’s pick up option. It is nice to shop from my couch instead of getting frustrated and worn out physically from shopping. I like the option of substitute or no substitute also because I have diet restrictions and some things just can’t be substituted. The shoppers picking my order are very good. I get great fresh vegetables and fruit. Thank you Smiths

I don’t know how to put the correct smiths card number on here. I would like help in person as I’m bi polar and all alone. Just because you can’t see a disability doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.

Cannot change store

The store is auto selected when you first open the app, and it’s impossible to change it. You will always be stuck with pickups from the store the app chooses, even if you wish to go to another!

This App has been a game changer for me. I’m a single working mother and sometimes a trip to the grocery store is just not plausible. Grateful for options like this!

I started using the order online and picking up at the store and i love it. I usually go into the store because of the friendly employees. This will be my second time using this and am excited to be saving time so i have more time with my family .

As a standard I get everything I click on as well as the produce picked always meets my expectations. The wait time at pick up is limited. The staff is friendly and helpful.They gladly replace anything that they had to sub and you did not want. Thanks to all, you are a great team.

I have tried using their app for grocery pick up, but the problem with their app is it doesn’t let you know that items are out of stock. I placed an order that totaled $66 and I received about half my order because it doesn’t say that it’s out of stock. VERY FRUSTRATING NOT A FAN
