Won’t let me select new store

This app is useless. We signed up for Smiths card in Vegas more than 5 years ago... now Vegas is our store, and it won’t let me select the Smiths in our town for pickup or weekly adds...
The Best Grocery Store

We absolutely love Smiths in Herriman. We have loved the convenience of grocery pick up during COVID-19. That said we still love running into the store on occasion as well. The customer service is always above and beyond and it’s usually easy to find what we need. We especially love seeing Ron. He is always so happy and kind and he provides the BEST customer service.
Can’t change location

I really want to use this app, but no matter what I’ve tried, I haven’t been able to change the location to the city I live in now. I hope this gets fixed/easier to use soon!
App is problematic

Adding items is easy, and I was really liking the app until I tried to check out for a pick up order. First, it would not let me add my payment card. so, I lost my time slot. I sent a message to customer service, and they just told me to do what I had already done. I tried it again, and was finally able to add card, name, and address. After clicking the “add card” button it took me back to the order page, but my card was not showing! I entered all that, but where did the information go?! I’m not feeling too secure using this app. I tried it one last time before giving up, and card went in. App is more trouble than it’s worth. I’ll be trying a different store next time.
Locked out

Twice now I’ve used the app to create a shopping list at home. Got to the store and the app logged me out and I couldn’t get back in. While it’s true Smith’s saves me money I hate having my time wasted so me and the Smith’s app are done.

It’s easy to use I put what I want in my cart. Then I just select a way of payment then I check out. Next when it’s time to get my order I click I’m here it ask what spot I am in I simply put the number and hit confirm. Next it will tell me they’ll be out with my order shortly.
Will not let me choose my local store

App keeps selecting a store for me that’s in a different city. Have tried multiple times to choose the one 10 mins away but it will not allow that. Waste of time. Disappointed.
Buggy App

Even with the latest updates, we're still unable to change store locations within the app. After searching for a store by zip code, the first search result is always unselectable.
