Items like unavailable but I can find them in the store

I like the app, but some items become unavailable and never become available. Like Premium saltines. I can’t add them to a pickup order thru the app.

Called the help number In the app. Waited 30+ minutes to speak with someone to resolve the issue. When someone answered, I explained my problem and the person hung up on me. I know they intentionally hung up because they initially put me on hold before removing me from hold and hanging up. They said nothing after I explained my issue, just hung up….. The app itself is pretty good, except for the inability to find my local store, but feel being hung up on my a ”customer service“ representative is COMPLETELY inexcusable.

As a developer myself I appreciate this app and how well it works. It has some latency issues with taking a long time to process requests but that is normal.

I don’t know what’s going on with the update but clipped coupons won’t show up in clipped area and honestly just not a great update

I’m not sure if there was a recent update to the app but I now have to login to Kroger through the app and then in a very convoluted way login to my Smiths account. It always logs me out and is difficult/ not user friendly to shop my local smiths through the app
