New update useless. App crashes shortly after attempting to open. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Signed out and back in. Nothing alleviates the issue. Running iOS 10.3.3.

Just like Smiths stores, this is a really clunk app. For example, you can use the app to download electronic coupons to your store card. The app then asks you if you would like to print your downloaded coupons for easy reference, but when you go to print it shows that you have no downloaded coupons. You have to come out of the app and restart it before those coupons show.
App won’t even load

The newest version doesn’t seem to run on iOS 11.0.2. It won’t load past the opening image before it shuts down. I review again if it ever works.

Gems with review
It is sometimes frustrating to go find something that is on sale. For example this week I wanted to get some chicken strips that were on sale for $2.50. I looked in the freezer section (where all the other chicken products were) but I couldn’t find them. It was late in the afternoon so I couldn’t find anyone to ask. At the checkout they asked if I found everything. I did mention I wanted the chicken strips that were on sale, the cashier said she didn’t know where they were. Someone else said oh that’s in the meat department. Weird place for frozen chicken strips, just saying. And no one offered to go get them for me.

When I go to add a coupon to my card it says it’s already been added, even though I’ve never added a coupon to it? Super confusing.

I love this app. I put what I need on it and my husband goes and gets it. In the past it was difficult trying to explain exactly what to get and what not to get. So now he has a visual of exactly what to get and the general area it in. It’s nice because I can get an idea what it will cost us as well. :D
Worked ok til recent update

We use this app every weekend esp the coupons but with the recent update it’s been such a hassle and now for the coupons you have to login at Kroger.com to get them added as well as the free Friday product. Please fix!
