This Smith’s has a full service butcher shop as grocery stores go. Their online inventory always seems to be more reliable than Walmart. Pick up is also well organized.

Kroger should be ashamed of themselves. Putting out the most confusing app ever. It makes no hierarchical sense, each touch of another icon leads to no where you want to go. They tried to do it all and failed miserably.

Great app, works great. Only downside is when you go to checkout you can’t see the estimate total.

Once you figure out how to use the app, it works pretty well. However the learning curve can be a bit confusing. The folks at the store do their best to help. Some things you’d like to do are not immediately obvious. I’ve had to call Kroger Support for a couple of questions.

Smiths asks for feedback, and I provided, but they don’t fix issues with app. Cannot change preferred store - keeps reverting to a different store location. Zero value in shopping online if can’t see what’s in my local store. Once again, please fix.

This is your last chance Smith’s. If you cannot get this right I’m just back to Walmart and I’m not coming back. Your dollar a gallon gas savings really doesn’t add up to much when I save so much more at Walmart.

Click list is great when they don’t make you sit and wait for 2.5 hours! The last 4 times have been bad experiences but before that I had been doing click list for over a year and loved the convenience. Now that I’m pregnant durning this pandemic I try to avoid going into the store, if it weren’t for that I’d probably just give up on click list but I keep trying hoping for a better experience! Last time I complained nobody contacted me back, very frustrating. But I think they’re understaffed and hopefully have fix that issue since I tried last.

When I’m trying to modify an order, I get this annoying message like “unknown error. Try again in a few moments” and then I end up not being able to modify my order. This needs to be fixed.
