Why don’t fuel points carry over?

The app works well and is convenient. The disappointing aspect was a that every month I seem to have 70 or 80 fuel points that go unused and that Smiths won’t roll over. Pretty frustrating.

Today I downloaded your app and am very pleased with how FAST and ACCURATE it processes the order. Your app is very user friendly indeed!!

I’m an avid adopter of using apps to make lists and make orders. This app is a mess. It’s constantly bouncing me around between Smiths and Krogers. I’m constantly being forced to sign in. It seems like ‘they’ forget my login credentials as well. I use a password manager to create and save passwords, but nearly every time, I have to use the forgotten password routine and I wind up somewhere else. The app never remembers my location. I can only add items to a list sometime. I’m done with this junk app.

This latest update is not user friendly or intuitive in any way. Couldn’t get a pick up option, what’s with the useless list? Why can’t I just add items to my cart? Speaking of, where is the tab to go to my cart?! If it knows my address to deliver to, why can’t it figure out which Smith’s is closest to me for pick up? “No stores near you”?! It’s 3 miles away! It’s not worth the frustration or hassle.

No Rx refill ability?!

After the latest update, I opened the app to request a Rx refill and the pharmacy feature is gone!!? Why the change? Would you please restore that feature? *Update: I found the Pharmacy feature in the app on the Home page scrolling to the bottom instead of in the top right corner index where it was before. Changed my rating.

I hate you cannot go back to cart to verify items or add something the last minute. I often put different items in the cart that I might get. Once you start to check out you are stuck. At least I cannot find a way to back up the process. Other than this I love the service to pick up my groceries

I wish I could write a positive review for this app , but I can’t! The app is awkward to use and usually it turns out to be a waste of time. Easier to go to store! How sad! I use the Amazon app and it’s just a breeze to use. Looking forward to the day when smith’s app is as easy to use as Amazon.

This app is complete garbage. Whole the shopping section loads without any problems, the coupon section does not load consistently. I've tried deleting and deleting and reloading, however, I’ve had no luck improving my experience. At this point I’m assuming it’s a flaw in the app it self.
