So grateful for the Smiths App. It has helped us out a lot during this time while some of our family has had Covid. And now we like to use it as just a part of our shopping for normal groceries.

I’m not sure why smiths doesn’t allow you to use gift cards to shop online, but this is why I prefer target or even… Walmart?

I see this company has jumped on the bandwagon of "not caring" about preserving the credentials of its app through updates. I am boycotting the app with a low rating until this is fixed. I am so, bloody sick and tired of the ever increasing number of iOS developers that are allowing the credentials to be dumped during an update of their app; and making no effort to preserve them. (And do not tell me it is an iOS issue; as I have already gone to Apple and verified it is a developer side issue, if you don't believe me call their support and give them case #101520622867). I bought an iPhone for its simplicity; and in this day and age where everyone insists I have a unique , complex, and totally non-memorable password for each and every site, service and provider I use (which are numbered in the hundreds) it is more than a little inconvenience when the credentials are lost, and I have to consult my password manager to login. Inevitably, I will not discover the app update resulting in the need to login until it is a time crunch situation, such as needing to checkout, needing a key / code, needing to authorize another app, etc. The domino effect is just crazy. PLEASE, look into preserving the credentials through app updates. Thank you.

this is a very user-friendly app—easy to use coupons, find substitutions, always receive great selections when picking up (vegetables, breads, cuts of meat, etc). makes it very easy to order what I need and pick it up on the way home—SUPER convenient!!

Easy to navigate and so helpful for doing pick up orders when you have little ones.
