To use the Smith's mobile app, you'll need a Smith's online account. You can register inside the app and add your Fresh Values Rewards Card. And if you don't have a Fresh Values Rewards Card you can create one when you register and begin taking advantage of all its benefits.
I only get a black screen when tapping on a product—no details. I’ve tried updating and uninstalling/reinstalling with no resolution.
Honestly, every update it’s some new frustration with this app. This time it’s now signing me out every time I close the app. Not even a full close, just minimizing will log me out. It’s a hassle. Why is it so hard to just build a stable app? I’d just like to NOT have to log back into your app to see my shop list if I dare switch over for 5 seconds to change the song during my walk down aisle 13. Totally reasonable.
The site is convenient and easy to navigate. I appreciate how the app saves all in-store and online orders, which makes it easy to reorder items or whole orders.
This app is awful. Freezes, doesn’t keep you signed in, or into your stores view if you switch to a different app while it’s running. Finally gave up because it was taking twice as long to order groceries than with other stores.
Pharmacy links are missing in the latest version. I emailed customer support and they sent me back instructions on how to get help. Please fix this ASAP!!!
Some apps are glitchy and hard to use, but that’s not true with this one. Very easy to use and it helps me stay on track well with my shopping. Yay!
Delivery was supposed to be between 7-8pm. It’s currently 8:42pm. I am regretting the tip I gave in advance. Payment has been submitted to my bank account and it’s about 9pm. No delivery. Seriously. Where’s the communication people. N. E. V. E. R. A. G. A. I. A. N.
